N.S.E. was established in 1987 at Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. We started off by providing transportation services to the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia (Kelantan, Terengganu & Pahang). As the business grew, we relocated our head office to Bandar Sunway in 1994 to be closer to our customer warehouse and better serve our customers.

As a Malaysia transport company, we’ve grown alongside our customers’ needs, building reliable lorry logistics businesses that customers can count on. As the business grew, we relocated our head office to Bandar Sunway in 1994 to be closer to our customer warehouse and better serve our customers.
In 2008, with a solid foundation built up, the visionary founders decided to expand into logistics services across the whole of Peninsular Malaysia, covering not only the East Coast, but also the Northern & Southern Regions. At the same time, we set up operation teams at our customers’ premises to provide them with direct Transport Management Services (TMS), supporting end-to-end lorry logistics that Malaysian businesses can depend on.
In 2011, NSE set up its first warehouse in Butterworth, Penang, to serve as a hub in its transportation network and to provide warehousing services to customers. In 2013, we relocated our headquarters to a brand-new, larger building on Jalan Kebun Nenas, Klang, strengthening our position as a trusted logistics company in Klang for nationwide distribution.
In 2015, we started providing Warehouse Management Services (WMS) at customers’ premises. In 2019, we relocated and expanded our Kelantan Branch from Kuala Krai to Pengkalan Chepa. Today, N.S.E. Logistics remains committed to expanding as one of the best logistics service providers in Peninsular Malaysia.

N.S.E is a family business established by my father and it was eventually passed on to me and my brothers. I’ve always believed that, during good or bad times, Logistics is one of four necessities for people. As we say in Mandarin “ 衣，食，住，行 ”(Clothing, Food, Accommodation And Transport) are the basic requirement in life. When I took over the business, our service covered only the East Coast Region.
We slowly increased our network and presence to the Northern and Southern region. Today, our coverage extends to the whole of Peninsular Malaysia. Furthermore, we recently diversified into third party logistics or 3PL which helps position our existing and potential clients.

Where Logistics and Transportation are concerned, human capital is crucial, especially drivers as they are the ones that directly deal with customers on the ground. Through the years, is has become evident that happy drivers translate to happy customers and significantly helps improve driver and customer retention.

I’m happy to state that our driver turnover is very low largely because I make it a point to personally engage with them on a monthly basis, which gives both sides a better understanding of each other.
